LEAWOOD, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC) (“AMC” or “the Company”), one of the world’s leading theatrical exhibition companies and an industry leader in innovation and operational excellence, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, of $0.20 per share on shares of Class A and Class B common stock, its ninth consecutive dividend since the Company’s initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on June 20, 2016, to shareholders of record on June 6, 2016.
