AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Announces
Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share
LEAWOOD, KANSAS - (May 3, 2019) -- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC) (“AMC” or “the Company”) the largest theatrical exhibition company in the world, and an industry leader in innovation, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, of $0.20 per share on shares of Class A and Class B common stock, its twenty-first consecutive dividend since the Company’s initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on June 24, 2019, to shareholders of record on June 10, 2019.
